Help inside the app

• Open Settings, then Help & safety, for articles on your profile, matches, plans and billing.
• Use Send feedback in Settings to report a problem or suggest an improvement, with a screenshot.
• Manage or cancel a Gold or Platinum plan from Settings, then Manage billing.

Safety

• Block someone from their profile or chat. You will both be hidden from each other everywhere.
• Report a member or a post from its menu.
• If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
